I bought a store trinket and according to the item maker I should be able to put blindness and true seeing into it, but the shard crafter won't let me make one.

Have you put in the disjuncter to make it craftable - I know some of the blank trinkets need this.
Have you added a minimum level shard first?
He left the name, at which the world grew pale.
yes like any craftable item you need to set it up for crafting create and ad a minimum level shard, and then create and ad the shards you want to add to it .
What I mean is that the blindness or true seeing shards don't appear on the list of shards that can be made, the trinket is already prepped for crafting.
Is your crafting good enough, those require 250 skill (well, a bit less that I can remember the exact amount one can get away with).
That must be it then since I only have 134 skill, thanks.
Blindness? are you saying you want to craft a trinket that makes you blind? I dont think thats possible.

The fact that you want to put this on a trinket has nothing to do with whether you can make the shard or not. Shards are made independent of their final destination.
BI is a level 250 effect, so you're not even to where you can use a booster.

(btw, most players would buy a Topaz of BI and slot it - altho' that can be expensive, depending.)
Edit - btw, in the pop-up screen for the Crafting Device to make shards, you can manually change the Crafting "Level" range and Search for shards outside your ability. Just change the max to "250" and Search for "Blind", and you'll find it. (Make sure you're using the Bound Shard device, not the UNbound.)

Dennis the Peasant: Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
If you play on Cannith then I can make it for you, just provide me with the ingredientslook me up in game under Kurack.
