Does Legendary Dreadnought's Overpower: Impaler Work with Ranged Weapons??

I'm looking at Legendary Dreadnought for a ranged character, and it looks great so far. But I'm not sure if Overpower: Impaler works for ranged weapons like bows and crossbows. The DDOBuilder doesn't seem to add it to the 19-20 critical multiplier when a bow is selected as the weapon. I would assume it works since the Epic Destiny is both melee and ranged focused, and there is nothing saying melee only. But there's no way for me to be sure. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Even though arrows and bolts "pierce" things, they are their own category (Ranged Weapons) for the purposes of feats and enhancements. Piercing Weapons usually mean weapons like daggers, rapiers, and short swords.

That's what I feared. That 19-20 +1 critical damage enhancement is pretty important for any build. So, if Legendary Dreadnought is a melee and ranged Epic Destiny, why isn't there a ranged version of Overpower? I don't understand that.
