End Game non-repeating crossbow

Any thoughts from experieced players on the best non-repeating crossbow for lvl 29 and 30? if there is one. And any thousght of the Legendary Nightshade Shooter vs Morninglords Heavy non-repating crossbow? Thanks

Best crossbow for lv 29-30 is The Hallowed Splinters.
Conjured Everstar returning bolt = bonus light damage
Ash debuff = buffs Inquisitive law dice + other magic damage
+0.5 Weapon damage for completed weapon
Raid weapon damage dice 5(1d10+3)
Good bypass
Red and purple slot (slotted Deconstructor and Feareater in mine)
Blunted ammunition so you can use Quiver of Alacrity

For non raid options, I would use Nightshade as my main weapon and have a Morninglord's as my good/silver DR breaker.
