Shiradi Destiny not working as stated

Shiradi Champion 2nd Core 'Vision' provides 5% Dodge and Fort Bypass, but doubles that to 10% if you have the 'Holy Strike' Feat. I have the Holy Strike Feat and still only getting the 5%, not 10%

shiradi tier 5 "feywild attunement" has not worked since it was introduced 6 months ago. it still does not add 10 force spell power or 10 universal spell power. can we please please fix this also?
