    Default 1 year, no help

So, my son hasn't been able to access his account for over a year now. His email account was hacked and someone got into all of his games. All of them were fixed within 10 mins or so, excluding DDO. The 28th of this month will be exactly one year since first contacting support. He spent hundreds on this account, so it's not as simple as just starting a new account. He got one reply, telling him that they were pushing the problem to the proper department, then, nothing. No matter how many times we contact them, nothing (though I did get some response from a semi-helpful individual a week or two ago, but nothing has been accomplished yet).

    Any thoughts?

A year is just ridiculous. They should tell you firmly one way or the other, here's your account back sorry, or no, you will never get access again.

A little while ago another player of DDO had his main toon deleted. SSG was slow to fix in their opinion, so they got a lawyer, and started the dispute/arbitration process. SSG fixed their issue right quick.

Thank you. I had considered this, but hadn't pulled the trigger yet.

Nice having lawyers in the family. We are getting things in order now.

Finally done gathering information. Due to the amount of money we spent and the amount of time we were denied access to everything we paid for, I had to spend a bunch of time gathering old receipts and info. I just shot some messages to the devs and Support to see if they wanted to add any info too. Gonna give them a day or two to respond.

So, they closed the ticket out a few days ago and called it 'Solved', even though they did nothing. We're at 15 months and several hundred dollars in. Thankfully, we get to put the finishing touches on the lawsuit today (I hope).
