Looking for solo/noob friendly guild (Argonnessen)

I'm a mature player who's been playing on and off for a couple of years, and with rare exceptions just been soloing. Not because i don't appreciate the social aspects of the game - i like being in a guild if just to share stuff, collecting guild xp and feel at least a little bit like a part of a group.

But the few quests i've played with others i've felt like a liability more than anything. Too slow, too bad at fighting, not knowing what's expected of me... I'm simply not very good at running-jumping-fighting, but i'm fine with it. People have been nice, but since i play just to relax when i have the time i prefer not to feel awkward. So it's easier for me to stumble around the dungeons with just a hireling as company.

That being said, it would be really fun to play with people who likes to go through quests more slowly and with more communication. Simply more focus on the roleplaying bit. I'm a lvl 21 rogue/ranger, but i'm no stranger to building a new character.

TL;DR - it's all in the title: Any guild in Argonnessen that will accept a player who prefers to run solo?

we dont have any raid groups unless they form from members online at the same time though chat .
I solo most of the time and join other groups or put up public lfms .
no restrictions to joining for anything .
high enough for most if not all buffs .
