    VIP bonus doesn't seem to be on - or at least whenever I used an otto's stone I didn't get any more experience than normal which I usually would with a VIP bonus.

    Please Cordovan, can you check if the bonus is actually live???

    Last time i used an XP stone and i didnt got the extra XP.

    Confirmed. I just used a heroic stone of XP and got 3.7 million XP.

    Sov. pot 50% + VIP 25% (10%+15% bonus) + Heroic inspiration 5% + Guild ship buff 5% = +85% => 2x1.85 = 3.7 => OK
