Loss of Epic Past lives.. 5 months ago now

Heya, if any Dev is reading forums:

Have not received any response to my tickets and emails for help, now entering 5 months of the issue.
Is there any news for those of us who lost Epic Past lives on characters we TR'd??

Has anyone heard anything? I know some of us had that same issue, plus lost supreme tome stats etc.

I know too that new setup and staff is now active in working on the many tickets, any knowledge when things will be caught up??

Did you submit a new ticket a few months ago when the old in-game ticket system got swept away? I had submitted one back in aug/sept and had to put in a new one. There was no way to check on the old one anyway.

I am sure I did, also asked on it if any news there as well.. and just checked again and it states as 'open'....
