Missing HP

So I just used the lesser heart they gave for free to upgrade from the old epic feat system to the new one, I wanted to pick up Perfect Shield Mastery, but my hit points just don't add up anymore.

Gear is the same.
Con is max starting, plus all level bonuses, plus same spec bonuses.

Percent bonuses I think are maxed out something like:
+65%, which equates to -
+20% Competence (Tenacious Defense, Sacred Defense Upgrade)
+20% Insight (Strength of Vitality, Uny Sent T5)
+10% Sacred (18 core Scared Defender)
+10% Artifact (Eminence of Winter)
+5% Quality (Deific Resilience, Uny Sent T5)

I also have a lot of individual points bought, something like -
+147 Sacred Defender
+30 Dwarf
+190 Unyielding Sent
+60 Crusader
+20 Fury
+150 Scion of Celestia
Pretty sure that's all about what I had before -
Gear is another +200 and something, but gear was not changed in any way.

I didn't run Epic Defensive before, so that isn't a factor, despite having all the THF feats (for more attribute to damage and more strikethrough with dwarven waraxe), I was using the +20% from Sacred Defense instead so I could heal and rez at range...I did drop a couple of the THF feats for more defensive feats like Perfect Shield Mastery and Bulwark of Defense.

The thing is, prior to the lesser TR I had 4100 hp (down from 4400 pre stat squish), and after the lesser TR I come up with 3700 hp. Stances are on, Sacred Defense and Mantle of the Sentinel. Am I missing anything really obvious that should equate for those missing hit points, I just can't figure out where they went.

This'll sound silly, but did you place your Reaper AP?
I don't see the core bonuses (at least the ones that should apply outside of Reaper) listed.

Lol, no whoops. I only have 21 reaper points (just a raid tank, def not my main), that put me back up to 4001 hp, so that was most of it thanks. Still 100 and something shy of where I was at.

Relogging brought me up to 4120, pretty close to where I was before. Not sure why, but it's pretty much all fixed now.
