can't buy expanaion, credit card invalid

Hey, already submitted a ticket but figured it was worth asking the community as well.

Tried to buy an expansion from the market, says my credit card info is invalid. Triple checked, it's all correct.
CC company says they didn't get any request, and problem must be with the website. Checked with CC company that my info is spelled correctly on their end as well.

Anyone got ideas? Wanna take advantage of the discount.

I'm not from the US, but also not from Russia or anywhere near that.
CC is working fine locally.
