Launcher Issues

For the past 3 weeks my launcher starts as a completely new install asking me to download HD files and then requiring i manually login and accept terms of service followed by the games initial cut scene

Why is my launcher not saving my login like it used too?

logging in is a chore and takes 10x the time is used too
