I am very much disappointed in the nerf that occurred to Cut the Strings. The instakill was the only good feature about taking the Tier 5. I am very reasonable at understanding the cooldown on the sonic damage, that made 8/6/6 builds rock in the metaverse before it got the nerf it deserved, but the instakill did not deserve the 1 second nerf it got. It can hit a bunch of mobs, yes. But it has a 2 minute cooldown. Weird has a 60 second cooldown that hits about 4 monsters. The likelyhood of hitting 8 monsters with Cut the Strings is quite low and if so, it's not comparable to weird. I walk into dungeons where weird is just being used by the masses, and the cut the strings doesn't have the love it deserves. 2 minutes felt right, and the spell itself felt right. I really would like to see a return to a 0 cooldown on the instakill (i,e cut the strings -> holy smite and the monsters are dead) but keep the 1 second cooldown on the damage to avoid those spammy bursters.
Please. I know i'm one voice but double check your honest mistakes. I have seen more Weird users than Cut the Strings users. After the update, i've seen only Weird users. I do not like this patch or update for the spell in regards to instant kills.
