Default Deep Gnome Warlock Feydark Melee build (yeah, I know)

Trying to create a build to start off a second character slot. My goal is to be able to level it in parallel with my main when she's on TR cooldown.

I would like to start out with warlock + deep gnome x 3 as it seems like a nice way to stack a significant 18 MRR up front. I know I could simply create a 19/1 warlock/wizard but I fancied playing something a bit more unusual and would like to try mixing it up with melee.

I have a basic concept of using a DC stat to hit/damage, be able to use greater colour spray for CC, and use illusory blades. Either TWF or SWF, with Enlightened spirit and feigned health to provide a boat load of temp HP, as well as grabbing as much MRR/PRR as possible from all over the place.

    Resources, limitations and requirements

    - I have all races/classes/trees unlocked and 32 point builds
    - I've got a reasonable amount of levelling gear (sharn/ravenloft/epic borderlands mostly all complete)
    - I don't want to spend additional points on tomes/etc. I do have a +3 wis tome and a +2 to +3 con tome lying around, so I will probably try and farm enough favor in my first life to grab a +2 con tome, and grab an addional +2 stat tome per life after that
    - The build must get a warlock and deep gnome past life
    - Needs to be able to solo content up to EH, preferably EE if a bit over-level; mainly to be able to grab sagas to boost through an epic reincarnation in between Iconic reincarnations, but it's not a deal breaker. I'm not averse to grouping, I just like to be able to solo if there's nobody around

I roughly put together the following build at high speed just to get something on paper, but I can see that it's all over the place and desperately needs a lot more focus. I'm fairly certain the whirlwind feats line is a bad idea, and monk in general probably doesn't make sense, it just came out of the fact that I had a +3 wis tome to try and boost DCs. It's late and I'm definitely not thinking clearly, please bear with it, I think the concept could have legs with someone with half a brain looking at it.

Any help would be appreciated, even if it's just telling me the whole idea is garbage and I need to start over.

I don't know or like monk. But, if you want melee and start with Wizard, why not go EK? 14 warlock / 5 wizard / 1 divine might. You can also go undead.

    40 EK
11 Feydark Illusionist (charisma to hit, damage, color spray)
    6+ PM (if you want)
    4 Divine Might

~20 AP left for warlock stuff (not much)

Thanks for this. How does it play? Do you just self-buff, then hit colour spray, stand in Evard's and use the EK cleave? I've always struggled to see where the power in EK lies. It seems like it has less survivability than all the PRR and temp hit points goodies in ES, but I am a complete moron and would really appreciate any additional insight. I'm not in any hurry for this, as I've decided I will actually run this set of lives second after running a more straightforward melee PDK build to get the sprint boost and PRR.
