I'm recently returning to the game to find that the in-game chats are relatively dead.

i noticed on standard messages it says:
"joining channel harbor"
"joining channel harbor advice"
"joining channel harbor trade"

i was thinking that with how many areas there are to the game maybe they could cut down on the number of chat channels and unify the general, advice, trade channels across all instances (i guess general might already be but i'm not sure)

For chat is there a way to make the advice chat be more non-server specific (can an advice message from one server go to another server?) or maybe even an external chat program like discord? trying to think of ways that folks that are new to the game may actually be able to get help when they post to it.

I kind of miss the days when the chats had so much in them that we had to turn them off in our dungeon window.
