I bought a +20 heart and when I finished the LR, my toon was bugged to the point that it was killing itself every time it cast a heal spell. I of course submitted a ticket but that was 2 months ago. I mean I gave up waiting after a week, TR'd out of the bugged toon and have done 3 racial and 3 epic lives since then.

I also just had to submit yet another ticket due to a loss of schism shards, hoping to hear back on that one in the next year or so.
