Augment of Cosmetic Enhancement

A change to the 'glamor mirror' UI when creating a cosmetic. Either becomes a "cosmetic glamor" of which we are familiar with, or change it into an augment.

This method copies any pre-existing kits/skins that an armor might have, for the creation of an augment (limited placement: armor, helm or cloak).

This helps the players, and DDO, as it's further merchandizing the augment bag for more use. Make the augment unbound. With the way the DDO mechanics of cosmetics are created (ie: it's classed as an item, IIRC), this should not be too difficult to implement.
