Flying.
Sometimes I just don't have time to climb stairs.
"Swords will cut you wide open!" - Trip Fisk
Adding an effect that does the following would be nice:
Featherweighted: This item makes you unusually light weighted, you gain featherfalling, your inventory is treated as to weighing 25% less, and when hit in combat rather than taking extra damage you are sometimes simply knocked back instead taking 25% less damage.
"What item benefit needs to be added to DDO?"
Time Stop
Add Shield and night shield effects and while you are at it return Stunning to weapon procs. Otherwise D-Door or Fly on a end of game raid artifact or as expendable charges on a lower item. New craftable effects using rare ingredients would also be an option.
Any Port in a storm... But why one with so many vermin?
Cosmetic orbs made from regular shields so when you block - you will see ethereal-pink version of the original shield.

Dispel Danger - Activate to reduce the Dungeon Alert level.
Improved and Sovereign Vorpal Augments
Or, if not that, then...
Runes

A Helm of the Spheres that allows you to summon a mini Spelljammer to fly through wilderness areas and plink at the not so cuddly creatures that are trying to eat your eyes for jujubees.
A Trinket of the Doppleganger with a set amount of charges that, upon death, spawns a simulacrum at the last Rez shrine you passed.
Time Stop clicky.
Just a random, forgettable NPC doing things an NPC does
Things that NPCs do include, but are not limited to:
Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again
Repeating the same lines over and over again
Instant Karma.
Item of Dancing Guard: Upon striking you, the enemy is forced to dance for 3+ seconds.New item effect...
-or-
Ruby Augment of Dancing: Like the other Ruby augs, a small percent chance per attack of spawning a Disco Ball of Dancing.
