Default Quest improvements and feedback that could be done better for the dungeon and lvling

This post is meant to improve the game from my perspective, and it represents only my opinions as a designer and a player and will be a continued project about how the gameplay experience can be made more fun with little to no changes.

Random generated drops unless there is going to be a rework that makes them sort of viable ala other games in the genre where yellow items can get cool mods or crafting upgrades into named or cool generated prefixes and suffixes should be removed and replaced, for gems like currency to trade into gear items. Another good reward is scalable exp gems, level 1- 100, 2 -200, and so on, make the exp shots stack up to let's say 10k

Devil's Assault - The quest needs a lever maybe with 1-2 min count down that pulls new waves. I like the design idea and the fun of the random portal

Some quests Early Harbor quests need 400-800 more exp

Some quests Catacombs need 700-1000 exp more, the epic versions are kind of okay but can get little bumps

    Necropolis - Needs a SAGA -

Tomb of the tormented, more than one solution other than the rats would be nice, as I've had multiple runs with 4-6 people taking 50 or more mins. This is unacceptable, it literally makes people afk for a single quest and not participate for the most part.
There should be another option to go into the maze yourself debuffed/nerfed or a new hallway option where u do some other puzzle or kill things or a mix, I doubt it will take that long to design some circle around the secondary dungeon and/or make it skippable with VIP.

-A few other options are, you should be able to have the rat go faster like 100% faster, heal it (i know its possible or was somewhat possible).
    - Drop things that kill the wolves and the aggresive rats like bombs or something, dipped meat in poison etc

Shavarath Quests need more EXP for the time wasted and the absurd difficulties they present sometimes, given their outdated loot as well.
Genesis Point needs 20k experience drop and needs to have their drops slightly updated, the other levers should not just destroy your run... maybe if u mess up they should lock the doors and u need to pick them or break waves of mobs or something. Not that it matters much but the levers are rarely pulled other than by newbiews most people follow guides.
    - Side levers should unlock extra challenges or puzzel situations where a lever moves the cannons out of the way so u take less damage as it shoots u and gives a option experience.

A new invasion, also pure torture. Running around, extreme difficulty. the quest would do better to get either a boost in exp so its worthwhile, or to get moved to epics like the others

Probably my most hated quest. Such a high level of frustration that I have left DDO in the past because of it. I generally avoid Necro in general because this one quest frustrates me so much, and you can't advance without it, so why even bother. Maybe I'll just join a group and go afk as Paragoons mentioned.

Totally understandable, in a game if a quest is bad u do it once and forget about it but in ddo, where u reincarnate this is bad and can be easily changed.

I think it should be more hardcore. I think they should spawn every six seconds nonstop until you meet a threshold of kills much higher than it is currently, then the first boss.
    Then 1 min to rest.
Then respawns every six seconds nonstop until the next threshold is met, with an anti magic wave dispelling all area effects between waves, then the second boss
    Then 1 min to rest
Then horns blare and the boss and his entourage all come charging in with full spawns every six seconds (with the same dispelling of AoE effects as above) until the boss is defeated.

THAT would be a REAL assault.

This is actually an amazing dungeon design idea, and much better conceptually
