Quests that we cant access should always be at the bottom of the adventure compendium

When I press "p" to open the Adventure compendium, the quests I have access to should always be at the top, and the ones that are locked behind expansions that I don't have should always be at the bottom, regardless of how the list is sorted. For example, if I sort by level, then it should list all the ones I have access to, sorted by level, followed by all the ones that I don't have access to, sorted by level.

Would be nice, sort of like the lfg's "only show quests I qualify for."
