New Bug in HC Character transfer behaviour?

It has happened twice to me now.
As I load up a toon and transfer them over to a different server, the game craps out on me.
I hear a ding and I get this pop up left up in the back ground.
1st time around it scared the living bejeebers out of me and I quickly tried to log into the game again and had no issues getting back in.

2nd time around I was full of trepidation and held my breath as I logged back in.

Again no issues logging back in.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I know I am not doing anything wrong.
It has occurred about an hour after the transfer was done.
Everything I am transferring was gotten legitimately, just hoping this little glitch gets fixed.



(EDIT) I have not rec'd an email as the pop up mentions.
