just going off the top of my head here. For gear you mentioned in your vid your using Sharn but didn't specify which sharn gear / set. My first though is probably Part of the family set?

if i were to do run this build, which i might in the near future i would def. do part of the family set, strap of autumn leaves and Boots, Bracers and helm from FW winter set to make it a 4 piece set. then idk how much raiding you do but for me i would add in the bottled rainstorm from the dryad raid that gives you a 2 piece autumn set too. Make a Legendary cloak of the Zephyr and use whirlwind as your weapon for a 2 piece set giving you your needed electric SP, 30 artifact electric sp, 6% electric crit, and 30 mrr from the set. Add a collective sight and some other fill in gear from sharn like one of the craftable rings (I would probably do a Celestial Sapphire with CON crafted on) and for an artifact, the Stolen signet of ir'Wynarn. I think you'd be good to go with that gear build out.

Electrocution, Dragons Soul, Elemental Avatar, Divinity, Unbreakable and Lunar magic all have good filigree choices if you have access to them. there are some other Gen 1 and 2 fili's that might work good too.

I'm sure there are other gear build outs you could go with but that's what I got after thinking about it for 5 mins.

If you have other warlock content i'd be interested in seeing it. Warlock'ing is my thing and I've ran over 40 lives on my main as a warlock and have multiple alts that are warlocks so im always interested in seeing what other people come up with!
