Why are Heroic Reincarnations so punitive?

I made it to 21, and I am on easy street. I guess everybody else gets 5 levels a day, and a heroic reincarnation in twelve days is slow. I will just stay with epic content. Heroic content is a money dump imo. After 15, xp is a little better, and iconics/epics don't require tokens. Good luck to the rest of you getting your racial completionist. As fast as all of you level, you should have that in just a few months.

Yeah heroic PL starting from 1 are slow and boring for me too.

So much soloing as people don't make or join LFMs as much as in epics. There are not enough people on, that are your level range and don't have the quest already done that you are trying to get members for your LFM.

Starting from 15 much better, can get right to the good questlines, higher xp and only 5 levels to epics. Too bad not every class has an iconic , and 19/1 is gimp for so many builds. (pretty much all casters). Not paying for +1 hearts.

I'll focus on class PL (partly through iconics) for class completionist for the completionist feat (strictly better than spell focus or greater spell focus x) and EPL now.

If I want to just do a quick 1-20 and TR... I'm actually going to need to exclusively play epic eberron quests to 22/23 to earn tokens of the twelve.

How about the thing you need to TR heroic.. drops in heroic?.

Or add a new currency that drops in (high) heroics and add that as an alternative to tokens of the twelve ?

You are doing the wrong quests then. When I am doing heroic levelling I need at most 10 quests per level. Sometimes as few as 4-5. I am not doing the same quests every life though, because I like some variety.
