Heroic TR and Racial TR question

Say I were to do a Heroic TR to get a class past life that provides a bonus to skills and I did a Racial TR to get a past life bonus that also affects one of those same skills.

Do those stack with each other? Or would it be better to do the Heroic TR twice?

Yes (up to 3x times per past life). So say you have 3x artificer past lives and 1x gnome, you'd have +4 to UMD (+3 off the arti + the 1 from gnome).

For Heroic ("Class") TR's (and Iconic Racials). (Non-Iconic) Racial TR's work slightly diff as you repeat the same race, but diff Racials stack w/ each other and w/ other PL bonuses.

FWIW, I don't understand the post either.

Bottom line is that similar feats from different past lives DO stack. Any specific past life stacks up to 3 times.
Now some are active feats, passive feats, feat options (you have to select these as a feat when you level up instead of some other standard feat), and some are toggled stances that are always on if you toggle them on.

Certain types auto grant you completionist (Racial), but Class completionist must be chosen as a feat as you level up. Iconic doesn't have completionist.
