Loss of entire level bug

Playing my character--close to level 26. I get enough XP at the end of an adventure, and... BOOM, at the beginning of 25 again. So I think to myself, "Maybe its some kinda desync problem" so I relog.

When I log back in, one of my ED trees is reset, I assume because it had too many points assigned to it for my level tier, as I was about to be 26 before and now I'm barely 25.

Submitted a ticket. No response yet.

XP bar in epics is now per pip you gain and not per level; where in the past (pre-ED revamp) it was for a whole level. So you likely went from level 25 (no pips) to level 25 (1 pip).

I should have clarified. I was four pips in.

So, no one in customer service cares that I lost a whole level and that it cost me three hours or more of an xp pot I purchased from the store? No response to in-game ticket and nothing here.
