The release notes for Reign in the Fatesinger destiny state that it scales with 300% melee or ranged power. The in-game tooltip states that it scales with spell power. Anyone know which is correct? Seems to be scaling with spell power to me but wanted to make sure

An old thread I know. I did a bit of testing and this is what I learned.

- Scales with spell power not melee power.
- Does not proc on a 19, when perfect single weapon fighting though clearly it says it works on vorpal. Which is funny, because things that say procs on a Natural 20, like stormreaver gauntlets and bring darkness do proc on a 19-20 when pswf.
