Level ups for barbarian builds

Does it make more sense to level up STR or CON for a (mostly) solo barb build? What are some pros and cons of each? Is it as simple as DPS vs. HP? I've been heroic TR'ing, so no epics for me for awhile.

I would lean towards strength. The reason would be for the to-hit/damage is based on strength.

exceptions would be with dwarf and throw your weight. or if you are going with another attribute for your damage/to-hit and just using the barbarian frame

I think Visage of Terror is the only reason to go max Constitution and its the Ravager capstone so you wont need it in Heroics.

Visage of Terror: Terrorize up to six enemies, killing them with fear if they fail a Will save vs 10 + Constitution modifier + half barbarian level. Enemies who make their saving throw are paralyzed with Fear for six seconds instead. Doesn't affect bosses. (Cost 1 Rage. Cooldown: 30 seconds)

Blood Tribute eats up your Constitution on usage otherwise. So start with 18-20 Constitution if you can.
