About an hour ago i was logged in on HC server, wanted something from the store. Store window gave a message 'there is an error', so i recalled, quit the game, relaunched. Now i cannot login with my VIP account i've had since around 2009. Also unable to use https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php.
Made a ticket in the SSG Zendesk but no reply yet. Even went as far as to request a password reset, no mails from that.
I wonder what my course of action is here, i'm getting nowhere. Is there any other resource I can use or try to get to my account?

Login servers are down, just be patient and they will fix it.

Yep, can't login to DDO or SSG. On the prime gaming day, no less.

I get the error in red stating "The security text you entered is incorrect."
Server won't send emails either. I was playing Yesterday! Now I can't get: forgot my account OR Password, E-Mails!
This too is my only days I get to play and feel I have wasted nearly $15:00 on VIP.

OMG! My heart was beating so hard! I met this error, tried to change passwards but receive no reply in my email. I thought I was hacked too. Sooo glad I found this thread. Wish I can jump back to the game later today

Thank you, at least one senior member thought to check LOTR forums. I didn't even know it existed until member linked the thread. I am now monitoring both of the threads "reloading" I even tried to google "ddo/ Dungeons and dragons online" Login Server status and got on page saying ddo.com was down 12 minutes ago and is up, but no way to check the login server status other than trying every few minutes to login. mad: Originally Posted by Nartil
