action boost separate pools, is this a bug or am i slow? (again)

I know that human action boosts share a cooldown, and they have a separate pool of uses. But I rolled a fighter, and maybe I missed something, or its an epic destiny thing, but...

I took action boost power from the human tree.
I took action boost power from the vanguard fighter tree.
I took action boost haste from the kensei tree.

18 fighter, 2 paladin btw

So the human and the others share a cooldown and have separate pools. No problem.

But the haste and the vanguard power, each have their own pool of uses. Bug?


Also, there is only one kensei tree. So why does it say Kensei (ftr)?
There are only 6 cores, so why does it say stacks up to 10 tens with kensei cores? Spiritual bond, battle meditation, meditative focus, pick a name. There doesn't exist in game anymore anyway to get 10 cores of kensei does there?

Different Action boost have always had separate cooldown and pools of use only ones that share are samies ones

What's really broken is things that recharge action boosts works on some not on others
