I am a returning player but am having trouble with logging into my main account and am currently using a secondary account. I've tried multiple variations of the username/password but no luck. Even tried using their site's options to retrieve my username and password multiple times and even used different emails just in case. No luck there either. I know I have the correct email account as I have many old emails dating back to 2010 of multiple purchases for DDO.
I am also having some issues with their sites on my computer, even on different browsers. So I used my secondary account to use the in-game browser to send in a ticket. However, I remember reading on the DDO wiki that free-to-play accounts do not get any customer support. Their site does work on my phone, but even then I never get any emails to recover the username/password.
If I cannot use their site to retrieve the username/password, nor get any customer support with my f2p account, how am I to get access to my main account? Or is it gone for good? I don't want to re-purchase everything on my secondary account. If that is the case, I guess I can forget about playing DDO.
