Since you just linked this from another thread as a suggestion, I took a look...I think you're trying to do too much, and you're not doing it in the most effective way here either

changing to close ranged quarterstaff as needed
That's one problem. You never need to...if you're ranged, you're better off with a fully-invested GXB even in melee range. If you're a fully-invested melee, then a GXB isnt going to do anything worthwhile. If you split between the two, then you're just bad at two things. It looks like you're preferring the melee to ranged side, so I'll go in that direction...

Being DEX based is kind of a worst-case scenario unless you can get the DEX trance in HW. What you're trying to do, I think (ie, be a stick melee build that can drop CC from the Cleric spellbook), requires you go to WIS based...but that means you're going to need Falconry to get WIS as your combat stat and a WIS trance. It also really wants better tomes, to meet the STR req for THF plus the DEX req for Precision while still being a WIS/CON build.

If you cant do that, then I think this build just devolves down into a standard stick cleric. 18 Clr/2 Rogue, INT based with Harper, enough TA for Haste and 25% Dstrike, T5 in Rad Serv for good self-heals, drop the rest in Warpriest for some more damage and Amel Strike. You wont be able to do any offensive spellcasting, but you'll be a decent stick build with excellent survivability between tick healing, burst healing, your proc heal, and Evasion.

Note your melee feats are going to be THFx3, IC:B, S2P, and either PA or Prec...that only leaves 1 standard feat, or 2 if you're human...and if you're INT based you'll want Ins Reflex, and Quicken+Emp Heal are useful in either build. War Domain is your only option as a melee cleric too, sadly, since Holy Sword really is a must-have.

I also think what you're doing might work better as a FvS...they can go WIS to dmg innately, and they get their crit bonuses from Warsoul, so they can melee effectively and still drop the occasional CFall or GComm for CC. Its a much more self-contained approach. Plus bonus HP, and Wings.

Was never intended to be a GXB build only to take advantage of the access to the proficiency in the mechanics tree which is as highly invested as it can be at level 2 rogue.

This was an attempt to gain IPS in order to get a sneak attack hit with the GXB to multiple monsters.
IPS was not worth the investment.

will end up keeping the quarterstaff as a favored weapon for the Knowledge based deity. in this toon have seen damage in 600 average around 250 per strike from melee hits.
is low but its last resort when run out of spell points and at close range for blocking and striking .
    Epic Luminous Truth
with 5 eye of the beholder filigrees. and the ruby of snowflakes

I do think when i respec i will move dex to intelligence for more skill points for rogue disable and search skills

the GXB now hits at 150-200 pershot and has bleed
I may move back to a long bow since elf has proficiency for it and drop the GXB but still would need to build for the +3 spell penitration since enchantment command and greater command are used for crown control.

solo with a hire doing well except for find box and disable need to get used to switching key lock ring.

its not a good self or other healer but was designed from a FvS template.
standard spells but heal spell is very weak and needs more than one in most cases to regain hp for others.

    its a solo build.

I hit with greater command and sonic blast regularly
I'm getting 2000's with searing light shot maximize selectively attach to several spells.
holy smite is not doing damage a lot of the time, has problems targeting as well.
but does its job when it does strike as supposed to.

the only real problem I'm having is with constructs, light fire not very damaging to them. only RUST attack item is an rune arm.
Wrack Construct: Choose one (Cooldown: 12/8/4 seconds): level 3 rogue mechanics tree.

just crafted a medline /construct bane seeker staff with ruby eye glacier and a +17 hide staff for constructs will probably be worthless but hey cant be any worse that i have.
