    Default Move VIP from my new account to my old account

    I have recently returned to DDO and as I could not remember my account I started a new account and joined as VIP for 3 months to help towards some things I wanted from DDO store. I have now got hold of my old details (Thank you very much Standing Stones) I wanted to move my VIP from the new account which I will no longer use to my old one. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    I've never seen this particular question asked before so I don't know.

    The only thing you can do is contact customer services and see if they can do anything for you.

    The responses assume that SSG actually has a Customer Service Dept., there is not much evidence that SSG carries a CS Dept. any longer.

    If he cancels the VIP on the New acct, does he get the prorated $$$ returned? That might be quicker that waiting on CS (the VIP could expire before they respond) and what I expect they will recommend.

    No they don't refund. If you cancel, you stay VIP until you've used up whatever time you've already paid for.

    sorry no idea if customer support will do this, probably they can, but atm customer support is almost non-existant. it seems like they are workin on it, but...dunno.


    if you are not that tight on money, i hope for you everything is all right, but these are complicated times, it's sadly truer than ever that even 10 bucks are 10 bucks and if you have none...10 is a lot.

    anyway, assuming you can, don't lose time with customer support, first off use the free coupon on both accounts and if you can just cancel the recurring sub for the now-secondary account and pay for another on the main account. use some points to get the 99 points expansions, and keep it as a secondary account, it will be premium and you'll keep the monthly points till subscription ends. sooner or later, having a secondary account may pay off. e.g. a bard buffbot\looter\opener. use the leftover points with patience, wait for heavy discounts in future summer\winter\black friday offers to unlock moar content.
