Exalted angel and Draconic incarnation mantles seems consistant but they have a 5s CD and only affects 1 target. Shiradi seems to be WAYYYY better for dps or its just me?

Exalted can at least get A LOT of healing on lvl 23

For strikes i gotta say i love dragon's breath, and im never taking anything else xD
