Reincarnation Issues

I have submitted help tickets on this issue but have not received a response yet and want to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

Chronology:

1. I leveled my character to 30 and used an epic heart of wood taking him to lvl 20.
2. I leveled to 30 again and used another epic heart of wood taking him to lvl 20.
I used a wish for Tiefling memories and an heroic true heart of blood. (I had 2 Tiefling past lives done before this process)

I didn't pay much attention until I had gotten back to level 18 at which time I noticed my Tiefling past lives now showed 1. Additionally my +8 supreme tome bonuses were gone, and my 2 Epic past lives were not accounted for!

Since then, I completed another epic past life followed immediately by 1 Drow past life (using a wish for Drow memories). Both registered fine.

Then I just completed another epic past life followed immediately by Drow past live, again using a wish for Drow memories. Neither of these 2 past lives show on my character.

This is very weird and inconsistent. In any case I feel that I am owed 3 epic past lives, 2 Tiefling past lives, 1 Drow past life, and reimbursement for my +8 supreme tome.
