Barbarian Bug?

Not sure if this is widespread to other classes or even if it is new.

But everytime my barbarian logs in, he loses HPs. Approximately 20% of his current amount. Normally not a big deal, but its a little concerning on Hardcore.

He is Dwarf, 18 Barb, 18 Dwarf (5 cores), 20 Frenzy (3 cores), 35 Ravager (5 cores) and 1 Falconry.

My Barbarian lost both HP and SP upon login, However, on a 2nd login (switched characters) he didn't seem to lose those again, so I am not sure what is wrong there. I think I saw it happen also on other character which is not a Barbarian though.

It just happened on my warlock too, lost only HP though. So yea, I think it happens from time to time on all characters...

My Barbarian lost both HP and SP upon login, However, on a 2nd login (switched characters) he didn't seem to lose those again, so I am not sure what is wrong there. I think I saw it happen also on other character which is not a Barbarian though.

Happens every login on my barbarian. I just logged in 3 times and lost HPs collectively each time. Assuming maybe 5 times would result in death.

I've seen this happen also with Warlocks who have a HP aura running when they log out.

Was curious, and it only got worse if you kept logging out/back in.

Happens periodically to my human barbarian I’m currently leveling. Sometimes occurs on logout as well from what I see in the party while dual boxing. I haven’t paid attention to the exact amounts but it seems close to what I’m getting from the core abilities. Noticed it through a couple of lives now for that matter, not playing on hardcore though so it hasn’t been so concerning.

Edited to add that I was excited for a moment because I thought you meant a Thri-Kreen barbarian for a moment.

Now that you bring up Thri-Kleen, that would make an excellent idea for the new race. Sort of fitting as well to Isle of Dread.

I'm fairly confident in saying that this is due to the game servers applying your gear and enhancements upon log in. I get the same thing and always see a string of effects and gear set bonus above my head the first time I log in to a character. The reason you notice it more on the barb is probably due to the sheer amount of HP you get from the enhancement trees.

Also when I log in to my barb on Hardcore I always activate the 30 temp HP from die harder for falling below 1 HP
