I recently moved to a new house and my Internet provider changed. Since then, I cannot connect to the game nor visit the website! (I'm writing this from a friend's house).

I talked to my internet provider and they told me the issue is on Standing Stone's side, that I had to send a ticket explaining that it is something about my IP range. But no idea what that means, nor if I can do anything at all to solve it.

I sent a bug request two weeks ago but still no answer

Me, my boyfriend and my flatmate, none of us can play, and we don't want to miss the holiday season, nor creating a new character starting at level 10, nor the free quests coupon!

Please, help us, this would be the best Christmas gift ever, to be able to play again!
