Default Quests with 3rd completion lists?

I know that some quests with "named" end rewards give you a much larger range to choose from on every 3rd completion of that quest, such as the quests in the Red Fens. I think one of the Inspired Quarter quests does as well? (Do Three-Barrel Cove quests also show you all the named loot the 3rd time?)

Is there a list of all the quests with named end rewards that give you a better selection the 3rd time you complete it?
Those are not pebbles surrounding the urn filled with Human teeth. They are megaliths!

Are you looking specifically for quests/chains with a better 3rd time completion rewards, or are you also interested in any quests where you can obtain loot more easily than from end chest?

That would be good to know too. Anything that lets you reliably work towards something you might want to hunt after.

I think there is no other quest with that mechanic, even more, they removed several guaranteed named items rewards lists after a quest chain (catacombs and Delera's)
Only Threnal and Cult of the Six provides such named item lists nowadays but I think the items are outdated.

What I would like to see is a similar system we have now for raids but with a difference, in my opinion, you should be able to collect universal (raid)runes and normal quest runes, and in order to get the named item, you want you have to complete a quest/raid one time and then you are allowed to "buy" the items you want from the quest giver of the quest/raid.
All quests could give such a reward but only one time per day per character (like the commendations of valor) or even only one time per day per server/account and you should get these universal runes only if you run a quest at a certain level range.

The idea is that you have even more incite to play different quests even if the quests don't give exactly the named items you looking for and before one says this would be "too easy", this is not the reason why I think this is better, I think such a system is in principle better even if it would be in average harder witch such a system to get a named item. (now you need on average 3 quests on elite for one item but even if you need then 10 quests it would be still better in my opinion)
By the way, you could also feed such universal ques/raid runes to your sentient weapon instead of named items.

Edit: I forgot STK, Waterworks, Sentinels, and the quest in the twelve and maybe others lol, but the problem with all of them is that the items are basically outdated nowadays (Sentinels items are actually updated and good for there ML)

I believe any quest series where a selection of named items appears from the overall arch-giver will follow this mechanic:
    Sharn Syndicate
    Threnal
    Sorrowdusk
    Sentinels
    Waterworks
    Shan-To-Kor
    Harbinger of Madness
(probably some others, but not too many)

Catacombs and Delera's used to do this, but since they got epic-ified and their loot was distributed into the actual quests, this not longer happens.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.

    Also:
    - Epic Necro 4 chain
    - Phiarlan Carnival chain;
    - Red Fens final quest
    - Dreaming Dark final quest

Heroic/Epic Wheloon/Stormhorns quest rewards always offer a selection of 3 named items, specific for each quest. The items are pretty weak by modern standards, but can still be an upgrade for a new player.

A Relic of Sovereign Past quest has a crafting NPC inside, which can make some decent items from Iron Ore, also found in the same quest. Some good items are 100% fortification necklace, throwing dart, longsword.

Some Eveningstar Commendations loot can be decent as well, and commednations are easy to get by doing rare encounters in the King's Forest.

I think it was a mistake to remove the named item list on completion. This should've been more prevalent instead of removed. One of the bad things about this game is item acquisition. It's a problem with all mmo's though to be fair. This game could be different and hand out items with less randomization. I realize we want grinds in the game, but named items shouldn't be part of that. The grind can be upgrading the items in whatever way. Use your imagination etc. The thing is, it's much much more satisfying to grind for something while seeing the progress than it is to just randomly acquire something. Monetize this in whatever way you think would be good. Just don't make it suck. Easy.

ps: The raid runes were a good improvement. it should take far less runes, but it's better than nothing.

For raids it takes 20 runs on normal to get the runes for one item which is equivalent to the old system of named items in the 20th reward list. Harder difficulty runs drop more runes so you earn an item faster with only 10 runs of elite required.

Also being able to run with alts makes stuff way better. Like on Sunday I ran Dryad 3x on 3 toons, which gets me runes a lot faster than having to run 20x on one character. And obviously being able to reincarnate between is great, but that's mostly just QoL vs the old 20th completion stuff.
