Quest The Knight Who Cried Windmill

Hi there:

Was doing The Knight Who Cried Windmill yesterday, for the 5th time i think in my ddo time. This time no Topiary Lion appeared...was killing stuff for about 10 Mins and had hundreds of kills.

Have I missed something? Is it a known problem/bug?

Tried it again...no prob this time..there was a Topiary Lion directly at the start of the battle I did not notice before...maybe he was part of the problem? Dont know fore sure...
