So.......when are we getting compensated for spending shards on gold rolls for a mount that was NOT on the loot table?

Has anyone received anything?

They were able to determine if people should have received the mount and gave those people mounts. Several people received mounts.

Yes. Evidently, their logging software keeps track of what people roll.

If your roll would have gotten you the mount, they were able to get it to you later which, as slarden said, they did.

Vooduspyce received one on stream. he rolled 1500 shards trying to get the new mount right after the update.
