Character still being saved?

I tried to ETR at end when i clicked complete it was stuck and game closed after few minutes. I logged back in and done ETR again but this time when i click complete it just kicked me back on character selection and i got same message character is still being saved. I tried to log into character without ETR and guess what same message. I did make ticker but seeing how long other people wait i guess i cant rely on them to fix it any time soon. Does world restart fix this problem? This is my main character which i spend last years grinding PLs and stuff. If i can't log back in anytime soon well you are losing 1 more customer.
