I cant get in game due to no customer support, how do I manage my account?

Hello all,

About 1 month ago DDO crashed while I was playing and I have been getting a black screen with the loading circle ever since. Standing stone customer service is really terrible and they have not been able to solve the issue or reply to my mails. I have reinstalled the game to no avail. All other mmorp games work fine like swtor and dcuo.

I do not want to pay for a game that I cannot play and which apparently Standing stone is not interested in solving. As I cannot get into game how do I do this? The account page just shows my current subscription and I cannot manage or edit it.

Any ideas.

I'm just a user like you, but maybe there is a solution to your problem.
Did u use the game repair function, so maybe the client runs properly again? You'll find it in the upper right corner of your launcher, click on the arrow symbol and choose "Repair...".

Is login possible via the launcher?

Maybe provide some more info about your issues

If you're talking about any monthly recurring subs, you can cancel subs from by going to https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com . There'll be a graphic with text on top, and under next billing date and just above your signup date is a clickable bit labelled 'cancel subscription'. If you're looking for tech help fixing the black screen, I wish you well as I'm useless with that sort of thing.

if you really want to make sure the account is canceled...... start a thread insulting the devs. they can close down the account real quick!

also, you might be able to pm cordovan and get some guidance on who to talk to to put a halt to payments - if the account sub thing turtle did does not work

Thank you for the message. No that doesnt work. I've even reinstalled the game and same. What is interesting is that both ddo and lotro dont work. So it must be something on Standing Stone side.

I see no cancel sub above signup date. I just have a Dungeons and Dragons Subscription box with the graphic box below stating premium. Sign up date and thats all. All non clickable

Did you delete all game files? Including Akami stuff? Its possibe it could be your graphics or problems with the client you are using. I cannot use the 64 bit client for example and get same black screen. But can load fine on 32 bit client.
