Default Best Ranger/Rogue class split for Deepwood Stalker Bow user

I have a very old first life Elf Ranger/Rogue/Bard that I can LR+20. I want to make a Deepwood Stalker Solo friendly build to stay at level 30 for farming on EE. I have no horizon walker. My question is what is the best class Split between Rogue and Ranger?

I can go anywhere from pure Ranger, or pure Rogue.

    Thoughts?

Kind of serious you might want to keep all 3 if you got harper
    12 ranger 7 rogue 1 bard
Using the bard level to max spellcraft and perform to maximize damage from spellpowers imbued either through AA or Destiny enhancements
Going intelligence based to have the skill points in order to do so
At least I am pretty sure the random effects of Shiradi are multiplied by spellpower correct?
I know certain Scion effects are affected by spellpower for Legendary Feats.
I maxed perform and spellcraft on my Mechanic for such options late game and she rips through mobs with her Great Crossbow.
But she has a considerable amount of SA and advantages to using it as well.
Being you will not be relying on Sneak Attack as heavily...going deeper into Spellpowers would help add more to your DPS.
It will at least increase the options you have for choosing the right destinies for you.

Do you foresee acquiring Horizon Walker within the usable lifetime of this toon? It's already been 3 months since Saltmarsh came out so it'll probably be available from the DDO Store in another 3-6 months. Because you could follow Carpone's build outline of rogue 12-13 / ranger 6 / <splash> 1-2 and simply redo Enhancements later.

    E.g., pre-Horizon Walker:
    • 40 APs Deepwood Stalker for tier-5s
    • 12 APs Harper for Know the Angles + Know Your Foe (extra FE)
    • 11 APs Arcane Archer (ranger) for Soul Magic
    • 7 APs elf for cores (+2 DEX, +6% Accuracy)
    • 3 APs Acrobat for Fast Movement
    • 2 APs Falconry for Animal FE
    • 2 APs Vistani for Undead FE

Or whatever combo works best for you.
