Response to In Game Ticket

After my multiple posts asking for help or even some acknowledgement as to the SLA, I am now wondering what would happen if I were to login to LOTRO and create the ticket over there?

is it possible to submit a ticket utilising interpretive dance? (asking for a friend)...


But seriously - I have seen a lot over the years with this game. There have been bugs and outages and dramas and problems. I was happy to roll with it - as at some level you were kept informed and you got the feeling that they were trying their best to fix it. I can work with that. If there is one thing that will turn me from this game - it is not that the issue is not fixed - it is the complete absence of any sort of a response or acknowledgement of the issue.

A simple "got the ticket - and we are working on it" i could deal with that...

but to hear nothing...

I'm in a similar boat - submitted tickets both in and out of game on Friday morning after I mistakenly deleted my main character (don't ask) and haven't received a reply at all. I would imagine everyone has the day off tomorrow, so that's another day I wont hear back. Really want to pick up some stuff during the Black Friday sales but I don't have a clue as to when I'll be able to play again.

Same situation here - I want to take advantage of the sale, but I'm not hopeful for a response by the weekend.

I think ssg want you to roll play for a while....have you tried putting a message in a bottle and throwing it in to the sea? might be a faster response time? you are stuck on ship wreck shore after all.

On one of the forums I used to visit, people used to report their own posts if they wanted to make sure an admin notices it.

I'm not sure if reporting your own post in this situation would help get it noticed by someone who could help, or if it would just be seen as disruptive.

yes I TR'ed the other day and stopped for a second to look at the corpse and wonder who it was, didn't even cross my mind that it was poor old xhume....i wonder if SSG is going to make some type of shrine for you there like "the lost adventurer" or "the rogue with no name"

I feel this man. I submitted two tickets over the span of 3 weeks due to losing my tomes (skill tomes acquired over years of playing, and +8 supreme purchased from the store) and not even a word. They even locked my ticket after a couple comments following up. Service has been AWFUL lately and it's quite disappointing that my VIP subscription is going to waste over issues like this.

My waiting times previously this last year were 4+ weeks. So... You're technically still in the expected time frame for response... Yeah I know, it's nowhere near ideal, but, just letting you know. You're not alone.
