Tomes all disappeared

I was hoping to receive some help regarding my tomes. I had a +8 Supreme and several skill tomes and they are all missing from my character. I've had an in-game ticket (ID# 5387433), a website ticket (ID# 189241), and a message to Cordo since ~11/15 . Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this is my main toon with "everything" on it.

These things usually take more than a day to fix. Give it until Friday. If it's not fixed in time for the weekend, send Cordo another PM next Monday asking him for a status update.

In the meantime, play an alt.

I really am trying to be patient I know they are busy (hopefully fixing bugs and making new EDs and continuing porting the old systems... I love those LOL). Unlike most of the doom and gloom I read; I believe they really want to help.

Any thoughts on if LRing would have a chance of fixing this issue? It seems that others that have had this problem had a "switch" flipped in the background and then were given a Lesser wood. Thoughts?

i have a guildie that has tr'd twice and done 2 er in the last 3? months. they havnt done anything for him in this time.


basically they seem to be hoping that players either take it and dont say anything or they quit and dont say anything

Sorry to necro this but this just happened to me as well. All my ability and skill tomes gathered over the past 13 years just disappeared.

I submitted a help request not expecting anything and just moving on to greener pastures. I put the request in this morning, I just got home and found an email asking me to log in and check my mailbox and low and behold, my +8 supreme and all my skill tomes were there.
