    Default Has anyone had an account issue resolved?

    I have been unable to access my account despite having the correct login information. I've tried resetting the password and doing account recovery with the standard processes but I never receive emails (I've checked spam). I know for certain I have the correct account information because it was written down, and I have emails from turbine about my account going back as far as 2012 in my inbox.

    I submitted a ticket to get some help two weeks ago, but I haven't heard back from anyone or recieved any updates on the ticket. I keep refreshing it every couple days but always get nothing.

    I tried contacting the company on other social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc. but they haven't replied there either.

    In this forum and on their social media accounts I see many people in the same situation as me, some have been waiting months without even hearing back from the company. I see many threads without a single reply and many people who aren't receiving support.

    As someone who loved this game and really wanted to get back into it with all the new content that has been released this really saddened me. There's always the option of starting a new account and losing all progress, but the idea of that account also having a problem and losing it forever isn't very appealing.

    So here I wait, hoping someone looks at my ticket and that I don't end up like some of these people saying they've been waiting months for a reply. My ticket number is #188849 if anyone views this

    I had to wait 12 days for a response and got my issue fixed. Some issues may be harder to fix than my own.

    Was your issue similar to mine? Did you lose access to your account?

    I lost access to things I had purchased on my account from years ago

    Solved yes, I got them to mail me a password reset via a web support ticket. But that was about 2 years ago; I feel like customer support is slammed with more requests for stuff than they've got the manpower for currently (based off chatter from people) where some things just take ages to get dealt with as a result.

    3 weeks in.. still no replies. No indication my ticket has even been looked at..

    meh sadly par for the course ..they dont care about your future with the game just hoping u give up

    Wow and I was getting frustrated after one week, this sucks. It seems like they removed in game support as well??

    I jumped back in around 2014 and was hoping to come back again

    Okay I wanted to let anyone who sees this thread know that support did end up getting back to me today and I can access my account again. So support is there it just takes a good while before they get back to you. Just keep following up on the same ticket and they will eventually get to you.

    So it took you about a month to get any sort of reply?

    That's not bad. We're over 9 months in, waiting for a password change.
