Is there any way to get epic crafting material now that all the quests to get said material have been closed in regards to their epic instances?

No, not until they open back up (hopefully patch next week). Not all of them were closed, though. Epic Fens, Lords of Dust chain, and VON1-4 are still open.

The only quests that have been closed are Sentinals chain, P'n Carnival chain, Sands, VoN raid (5 & 6), and Chronoscope. Doesn't sound like "all" to me. Originally Posted by Enderoc

Legacy Epic items upgrade works at all?
I trying upgrade my old Epic Doublecross Bow, Epic Silver Slinger, Epic Silver Bow with Legacy Altar of Epic Rituals, putting old item +50 Siberys Dragonshard fragment... failure...
