The effect persists forever until you relog. Its just annoying to me.

Please make a bug report and don´t worry cause DDO have no bugs and the team is very fast to solve issues like this.

Been trying to repo this and can't. All heals including vigors work as intended. For me at least. Which ability exactly is bugged?

Just got through 2 Druid lives and saw no such bugs either. Besides not sure how this would be a negative. :P

Visual effect, HoT or both?

I've seen this often (I actually thought it was every time a vigor was cast on me, but reading this thread, I'm not 100% sure). The bug I've seen is visual only, the effect itself lasts as it should. But the visual effect is permanent until relog. Or maybe death also helps? Can't remember. But at the very least, it lasts after recalling from a quest.
