This looks like an oversight and a bug.

If the rewards are per-server, they shouldn't have been named "account deeds".

If they are indeed per-server, transfering a character should not prevent from re-earning the deeds on a new server.
If it's impossible to earn account deeds at all (by any existing/new character) on a new server, that's an outright bug.
If it's impossible to earn account deeds by the transferred character, it's a huge player inconvenience, and is worth attending to.

To all the people which are commenting that this is working as intended - you are talking gibberish. This kind of stuff needs to be fixed, not stuffed under the rug, and the devs should be made aware of this problem.

Thank you. I honestly dont understand how anyone is ok with this. I paid real money for these MM and now they are useless to me.
