Default DDO Store not able to process or add credit cards

    Hi,

I am not sure if this is a local event or game wide, but I am not able to either process any card transactions, or add any cards to my account on the DDO store.

My VIP expired today, and the store can neither process my saved card and it brings up the same error when I try to add any new payment method.

Error 3202: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try later or contact Xsolla customer support.

(I get this error whether trying to make a purchase or add any payment method to my account.)

I had to add a new card last week and it went just fine.
Not sure if that information helps or hurts, though.

You made it further than I did! I can't figure out what 5-digit code is supposed to follow the expiration date in the xsolla interface (it's not accepting anything I try), and trying to use PayPal results in a "circling" loading window.

I prefer the in-game store (having 3 accounts) but it might be helpful if they allowed opening the payment page from xsolla directly instead.

EDIT - when did the monthly VIP price rise from $10 to $15?

EDIT 2 - figured it out! The 5-digit code it wants is my zip code for where the credit card was issued! The PayPal option continues to fail, in that after entering my PayPal e-mail it never resolves some sort of security check.

I had a similar problem. I tried to purchase a point package today with a credit card. For the first time since using the DDO store, a popup window appeared requesting additional verification. Xsolla stated that an amount less than $2.00 was debited to my card and I needed to enter that amount to verify I was the cardholder and complete the purchase. But the amount never appeared in my online statement so I could not make the purchase. I've bought points on the same card from the DDO store as recently as September 2021, and I've never encountered this additional verification step. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

( I had to call my bank and have them tell me the small dollar charge. It didn't show on my online statement either. )

Paypal might work if you select the LEGACY 32 bit option in the launcher.

Back for HCL and was having the same problem as you all.

Amazon Pay works as a payment method after trying everything else i could think of.

I have bought friends 2 month passes as gifts through the website and sent them the redeem but was surprised to see that option is removed.

Im glad i waited and used Amazon although the website method would have been perfect to purchase two mo0nths as it was HC is now two months for season 5.

    Curious that.

Just wanted to clarify i first tried to use a Gift Card as i always have, then Paypal. Tried the three different clients and did not take either payment method.

Added Gift Card to Amazon Pay and it worked immediately first try and i was using the Legacy client at the time to be clear.

    Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. The card I have on file isn't working to buy DDO points, but it did just renew my subscription with no issues. I added another card only to have the 2nd authentication screen come up. Entered the amount and then it canceled the sale. The card info is still listed but every time I try to buy points it cancels the sale on either card.

It should not be this hard to give you money!
