Shar Manor key on heroic Wheloon

Hello, folks.

So I was just running countless times in an attempt to find that Shar Manor key which can open the west door in the house and get the 8th missive according to the wiki suggestion but I had no luck at all (I honestly think wiki is not right at this). Then I accidentally found it on the ground and was just thinking - why is there no guide or hint anywhere? (At least I did not find any).
So here is one hint, and hopefully more people can contribute to this thread so others can use it as a mini guide.
