    Default Lost access to the email I used when I created my account.

    I created a second account some time ago but no longer have access to the email address I used when I created this account. Is there a way I can associate this 2nd account with a different email address without having access to the old one?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    If you no longer have access to the account (locked out - forgot password)

    Open a ticket with Support, include details like the account name, the old email you don't have access to, how you paid for the account, it status (f2p, premium, former VIP) and the support team will work with you to unlock the account and attach it to a new email.

    If you have access to the account you can make changes yourself.

    I'm trying to work through the same (It's a separate account) and I'm not getting any response from support. Do you know how long this typically takes? I want to make sure I can take advantage of the current discounts on expansions but I don't want the discounts to come and go without getting a support response.

    When my guildie had the problem (In April) it took about three business days. Severlin and others have indicated there has been some turnover in the CS department and they are currently behind. If this is taking to long, PM cordovan with your ticket number and see what he can do.

    Default Lost Email and Account is being reported that it doesn't exist

    I have a similar issue I no longer have the email I signed up with and when I try to sign in it says the account name and or password is invalid. I would like to recover my original account with my toons and the things I purchased.

    Default old turbine account

    Hello everyone, this is a new account. I wanted to share my story here cause i have a similar issue. I own an old turbine account for this game of which i have the u/n and p/w . when i tried recently to log in , i found out i could not. i asked help from ssg support group and they answered ,asking me to provide some information about that old account , but i could not remember that information. Is there any way i could use that account again?
